MCJROTC is involved in the following activities throughout the school year and summer:

Our cake cutting ceremony for the Marine Corps Birthday this year was a hugh success with the attendance of several dozen parents. Our academic team went onto the second round of the JLAB competition. Our Field Meet team was runner up in the five team competition that we hosted in December at Bob Jones Stadium. Our Raider Team won the Piedmont Raider Meet and then we were runner up at the Hopewell Raider Meet amongst 17 schools. The Air Rifle Team qualified for the Marine Corps Nationals and placed 14th in the nation with one of our shooters qualifying for the All Service Nationals at Camp Perry, Ohio and placing 8th in the nation. They also won several other local matches and placed in many of our sanctioned matches. Our cadets have participated in numerous community service events. This school year, our cadets will of amassed over 1000 hours of community service provided to the school, community and veterans organizations. Many of the events with our cadets in these competitions and events are pictured below. Additionally, several of the photo's below are also from our Cadet Leadership Course that was held at the McCrady Training Center on Fort Jackson this past summer. This camp will go again this summer starting 26 June and end on the 28th. It is available to all returning cadets.
